First, a confession — at its core, we love seafood: fresh fish, smoked fish, tinned fish, crustaceans, all of the above. What we don’t love, though, is the impact seafood is having on sea life and on our planet. The more we’ve learned about the industry in recent years, the harder it’s become to look away.
In search of solutions, we’ve turned to the magical properties of another of our favorite food groups: whole vegetables. The results have been surprisingly delicious.
